This job requires the right sort of person. The work situation can change at a moments notice. Long shifts, short shifts, day shifts, night shifts … In other words: We don't work the day shift. We don't work the night shift. We work the ALWAYS shift.

The tasks at hand also diverge enormously. We might be called upon to help organize a clients storage. We might have to build a concert stage with all sound, lighting and pyrotechnics and then help the bands move their gear on and off stage. Or we could be given the task of building a ”TV screen” to cover an entire wall.
